Quadrangle’s Software Engineers collaborate with fellow engineers and product managers to design, develop and test a comprehensive suite of applications. Their work includes optimizing data retrieval, scaling infrastructure software systems and supporting new product enhancements for cloud-based and internet-related tools.
Quadrangle’s Product Managers work closely with key stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Product Managers take ownership of specific product areas across the firm’s applications, developing comprehensive product roadmaps and defining specifications, workflow and experiences.
Quadrangle’s Cybersecurity team develops cutting-edge security solutions to ensure that information and data security is safeguarded in Blackstone’s operations.
Quadrangle’s Data Analysts work closely with stakeholders across various teams to ensure data-driven strategies align with the firm’s goals, empowering our professionals to make informed decisions. They take ownership of data integrity and visualization, developing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights.
Quadrangle’s Data Engineers transform millions of data points into actionable insights. They design, implement and enhance core systems that support data science and visualization, including the firm’s data warehouse and data pipelines. These systems provide essential tools for data scientists and analysts across the firm and its portfolio companies. Additionally, the team manages Blackstone’s extensive and expanding self-service data visualization stack, overseeing the design, development and curation of high-quality analytics data sources.
Quadrangle’s UI/UX designers enhance the interface and experience of internal applications across Blackstone’s various business units. They collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle, engaging in research, usability testing and the creation of wireframes and prototypes while adhering to established design patterns.

Women Innovators Program
Quadrangle’s Women Innovators Program is a one-day program that exposes students interested in pursuing a career in software development to the powerful role of technology in financial strategy. The program introduces students to the knowledge and skills that will be necessary for a well-guided career path in technology.
Diverse Innovators Program
Quadrangle’s Diverse Innovators Program is a one-day program that works with groups that have historically been underrepresented in the technology sector. This program aims to show students what it’s like to work in a technology role at Quadrangle – offering resume and interview workshops, seminars and networking events.
Sprinternships
We participate in the yearly Sprinternship program promoted by Cornell Tech and the City University of New York. These short internships give female students valuable exposure, experience and credentials early on in their college careers, making them more competitive when they are ready to apply for full-time positions and summer internships.
